What is an escape room?
Real-life room escape games are a type of physical adventure game in which people are put into a scenario where they have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and complete the objective within a set time limit.
Are your rooms scary?
No, none of our rooms are scary. However, Sector 13 does have some horror elements and is recommended for older teens and adults.
What’s the minimum age?
The recommended minimum age to participate is 12 years old.
What is the cost?
All rooms are $32 per person for regularly scheduled times.
Will I be paired with another group?
No, our bookings are private so you will not be paired with strangers.
I've already booked and now it shows no spots are available. I need to add a person to my booking. How can I do this?
Since our rooms are now private once a group has booked in a room our booking system closes all available spots. If you would like to add a person to your booking you can just show up and pay the difference when you arrive.

What if I’m stumped?
Don’t worry, we’ll be there to help. You will be provided hints throughout the game if requested.
What rooms are available?
I have already played The Puzzlemaster, can I play The Lair of The Puzzlemaster?
Yes, The puzzles in this room have been completely redesigned. If you’ve played The Puzzlemaster in the past you’re welcome to come back to try this completely new experience.
I would like to give a friend the Trapped! Escape Room experience as a gift. Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes, Gift Certificates are available here.
I have a gift certificate for a specific room. Do I have to use it for that room?
No, all of our gift certificates never expire and will be honored for any room. If you need to change the room just contact us and we’ll be happy to change it to whichever room you wish.
Where are you located?
We are located at 600 N. Mountain Ave in Upland, CA. We’re on Mountain Ave just north of Arrow Hwy at the back of the complex in Building B Ste B204.
Do I need to sign a waiver to participate?
Yes, we are required by our insurance company to have all participants sign a waiver although there is no real risk in any of our rooms. A minor waiver is required for any participants under 18 years old.
