What is an escape room?
Real-life room escape games are a type of physical adventure game in which people are put into a scenario where they have to use elements of the room to solve a series of puzzles, find clues, and complete the objective within a set time limit.
Are your rooms scary?
No, none of our current rooms at this location are scary. However, The Menagerie has some horror elements.
Can I reschedule?
If you need to reschedule please contact us at least 24 hours before your booking start time. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice we will charge a $50 rescheduling fee.
What’s the minimum age?
The recommended minimum age to participate is 12 years old.
What is the cost?

Will I be paired with another group?
No, our bookings are private so you will never be paired with strangers.
How do I purchase tickets?
You can book tickets online here, or contact us by phone or email.
I've already booked and now it shows no spots are available. I need to add a person to my booking. How can I do this?
Since our rooms are private once a group has booked in a room our booking system closes all available spots. If you would like to add a person to your booking you can just show up and pay the difference when you arrive.

What if I’m stumped?
Don’t worry, we’ll be there to help. You will be provided hints throughout the experience if requested.
What rooms are available?
Currently, we have four experiences available The Lair of The Puzzlemaster, Down The Rabbit Hole, The Menagerie, and The Trials of Merlin.
We also have three rooms available at our San Dimas Location and three more at our Las Vegas Location!
I would like to give a friend the Trapped! Escape Room experience as a gift. Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes, Gift Certificates are available here.
I have a gift certificate for a specific room. Do I have to use it for that room?
No, all of our gift certificates never expire and will be honored for any room. If you need to change the room just contact us and we’ll be happy to change it to whichever room you wish.
Where are you located?
We are located at 600 N. Mountain Ave in Upland, CA. We’re on Mountain Ave just north of Arrow Hwy at the back of the complex in Building B Ste B204.
Do I need to sign a waiver to participate?
Yes, we are required by our insurance company to have all participants sign a waiver although there is no real risk in any of our rooms. A minor waiver is required for any participants under 18 years old.
